What happens if you don't seek treatment for a dislocated pinky finger for two months?

I had a motorcycle crash a couple months ago and was taken to the hospital with a bad concussion, really bad bruises and road rash. My hands were x-rayed in the ER and I was told nothing was broken. I've now healed up completely except for my pinky finger. It's no longer as painful and swollen, but it's still twice the size of my other pinky and it has a hump in it. I still can't straighten it at all and it kind of looks deformed. I haven't tried to pop it back into place myself or anything. Dr. Google told me that I should seek treatment (apparently right away. Oops!) so a medical professional can set it properly, or I risk permanent damage. But with everything happening with COVID-19, I know I'm really not supposed to go into the office right now.

I suppose my question is, have I already waited too long? What do you think I should do, in light of such strange circumstances?
