Pain in base of penis- night time injury

Hi there, 46 Male, smoker, so I have a pain in the base of my penis, only noticable when erect or manipulated while flaccid. It happened after a night time erection, and I believe I must have rolled over on it while erect and "over bent it".

I dont have any swelling, discoloration. Just a mild pain while erect when I move it side to side. It's been a couple of weeks now, and I thought it would heal by now. No problems urinating or ejaculating. Is this injury just something that takes longer to heal? Haven't really experienced this to this degree.
