Disoriented in dim lighting

I’m a 25F and have been diagnosed with PMDD. I take 10Mg Hydroxyzine as needed for anxiety and 5MG buspirone one a day during my Luteal Phase until my period starts. And I’m on birth control.

Ever since I was diagnosed with PMDD, I get really disoriented in restaurants and places with dim lighting. It feels like tunnel vision and I go into a fog and sometimes can take me an hour afterwards to come out of it.

I also experience anxiety after I eat lunch and dinner.

Can anyone help and see if these symptoms are PMDD related or if there is something else going on?
