PMDD and Hydroxyzine

I am a 25yo woman. 4’11.5’’ and a non smoker and weigh 104lbs.

I have been diagnosed with PMDD and prescribed 25mg Hydroxyzine 1-4 times daily for my ‘Hell Week.’ I usually take 1 Hydroxyzine when my panic attacks get really bad but my husband thinks I’m taking the medicine incorrectly.

He think I’m supposed to take 1 dose, four times a day during my Hell Week and I’ve only been taking it during a panic attack and it doesn’t always work.

Is my husband right? Should I be taking 4 doses spaced out throughout the day?
