I (30F) have had a cold or flu for the past 3-ish days. During this time my so (26m) and I have abstained from cuddling and kissing and have even been sleeping separately. However he seems to be developing symptoms as well. If he does get sick could we make it worse for either of us if we did cuddle?

Me-5'5 and over weight, Caucasian,No existing medical issues, No medicines other than Day-quill and ibuprofen (over the counter), I don't drink or smoke, I quit pot more the 3 months ago in hopes of getting a job.

SO-5'5 and 150 lbs, Caucasian, No existing medical issues, No medicines currently, He doesn't drink, he does vape(nicotine; purchased from a verified vendor in a brick and mortar and no vaping cbd oil) and he does smokes pot.
