Awful Sinus Inflammation Issues

Hi everyone,

I’ve been dealing with sinus issues for about 12 years now. I’ve been on countless antibiotics and steroids, while also having allergy shots and surgery on my sinuses. I’ve tried massages, nasal spray, and most OTC medications. I do sinus rinses daily, but have a very hard time getting water to enter or exit my nose. Nothing seems to help.

My sinuses feel constantly blocked and I’m always fatigued and can’t focus because of them. It feels more like inflammation than actual mucous blocking the passage. I’ve seen several ENT’s and the final consensus seems to be that I need to move out of my home state, which I’m currently unable to do.

Does anyone have any advice or something that you have tried that helped? I’m desperate and so tired of feeling miserable every single day.

Thanks so much for all your help!
