Lower back

2 months.

EDIT: Previously had a grade 2 AC separation in 2014.

I was doing some relatively heavy squatting a couple months back. The first two reps were OK, and the third one is what took its toll on me. I’m pretty active. 1.5hr a day 5-6 days a week. The pain is in my lower back, definitely the lumbar region. I thought I might’ve strained something. I took it easy for a couple weeks, it got a SLIGHT degree better. But the pain was still there. I made an appointment and was seen by my doctor and pretty much got told to rest, stay away from the gym for a while, stretch, etc. shell I’ve done all of those things and it’s like the pain is still there. I’ve been so the gym and worked out since then, given the pain hasn’t really subsided. Not better or worse, just there.

Right now it’s hurting to walk. When I bend over at my hips and stretch it out it hurts and feels amazing at the same time. But it just feels like everything is so compressed.

I can ESPECIALLY feel the pain when I walk. When I stride out is when I can feel it on both sides of my lower back. Im starting to think this is skeletal and not muscle related.
