Pain deep in ankle / lower calf.

Male 40 year old, 5'7" and 140lbs.
I was cleaning the car the other day and I had my leg out of the car door with my foot on the floor pushing onto the ground. I got a sudden pain in my ankle area but higher up then the joint about 1.5" higher. I iced it and it disappeared. I've woke up this morning and it's now a dull pain. I don't think it's the Achilles tendon it feels deeper. It hurts in dorsiflexion. Any ideas?
