Oral hpv transmission question

I just found out today that my Aunt has oral HPV. She currently has a large wart on the left side of her throat. Her dr gave her a cream to put on it. She said it’s been there for about 5 weeks.
She babysat my 3yr old son last week & told me today he drank after her. What are the chances that he contracts oral HPV from drinking after her? Do I need to make him a doctors apt to get him checked out? Sorry if this is a stupid question but I’m freaking out so bad over this!
