A couple weeks ago my sisters were treated for a lice infection. It got dealt with, but that night my mom and I both started getting itchy all over, and it is not letting up for me. I'm not sure how much of this applies to my mom, but I mentioned the issue to her and she said that she had been having some itching since the same night. There are no visible symptoms until when I scratch it, then it seems to get small bumps with no odd coloration. If I scratch the itchy area the itchyness will just keep getting worse, and the skin will get red (but I have pale skin and it gets red if I scratch it excessively regularly) but if I leave it it takes a while to go away fully. It happens on random points on my body, including chest, back, shoulders, stomach, legs (occasionally) and pubic region. Not happening on my scalp at all. It seems to happen most frequently at night, when I'm laying in bed, but has happened at other totally unrelated times and locations.
