What can I minimize damage of weekend disturbances to my circadian rhythm?

If I wake up at 7am and go to bed at 11pm how can I adjust for going to bed at 1am on Friday or perhaps even Saturday? Should I do 8 hours of sleep or wake at my usual time.

For context I am a college student and I like to wake up early to avoid social distractions. I feel more creative in the morning even though I am not a morning person. I will probably also do some exercise on weekday mornings perhaps this isn’t something I do on weekends so I can get an extra hour of sleep after social late nights?

I am a 19 year old 6’2” 160 pound Caucasian male.
