Can stress cause physical symptoms? Overall don’t feel good and I don’t know what’s wrong.
Post Body

Age: 24 Height: 5 ft 3 in Weight: 116 lbs Medication: birth control Past medical issues: none, some depression in my teens and after a major life event last year

I just don’t feel good. I’m in graduate school, work full time, having a lot of family issues for the past few weeks.

For the past two weeks I’ve been experiencing constant nausea, upper stomach pain, dizziness, over eating/binging randomly when I’m not nauseous, fatigue, anti-social, massive headaches, lack of motivation to study or work.

I took a pregnancy test to make sure I’m not pregnant. I haven’t had sex since June 25? And I had a birth control period after that but still took 2 tests to be sure (nausea, dizziness and overeating had me worried) and they both came back negative. I’ve been really stressed lately and I’m wondering if it’s physically feeling stress? Should I go see my primary care physician?

Thanks everyone
