Red, non-itchy rash on inner thigh.

24 year old female, started developing a rash on my inner thigh a bit over a week ago. No major changes in my life or medication other than an increase in weight over the last few months (about 10 lbs). Image #1 was taken on Friday of last week, image #2 was taken today. It’s not itchy, and it doesn’t hurt at all.
