Post Body

Age : 17

Sex : Male

Height : 171

Weight : 50kg

Race : Malayan

Duration of complaint : Been happening for a long time but never curious about it.

Location : on the pinky toe of both feet (it doesn't happen to both toe at the same time)

Any existing relevant medical issues : I have asthma but I never used an inhaler, I have gastric

Current medications : nothing atm

I have been having these pain since 2013 maybe 2014 but never gave it a thought what caused it. The pain felt like a pin and needles sensation but more intense and painful and happen for only 3-5 seconds. it occur when I walk using just the upper part of my sole like for example when you're sprinting and when the muscle is twisting the wrong way like how a muscle cramp happen then it will occur. It occur especially when I practice boxing and taekwondo as it used a lot of twisting and footworks that makes this happen quite often. There's no rashes or skin condition whatsoever.

Its really hard to find the right word to explain this. I hope you can still understand it
