I have pain on both sides of my back right​ under my lower ribs. It's not excruciating but I can definitely tell it's there. It's been there for the last 2 days. I'm pretty sure it's not muscular because 1) it's never hurt there before and 2) it doesn't seem to go away when I'm lying down. Beyond that there are no other symptoms. No fever, no burning. I am very thirsty though. I normally go through 3-4 25 oz bottles of water plus some tea. I'm on my 6th (or 7th, I lost count) 16 oz class of water. If anyone knows what's possibly going on that would be amazing. I'm in between jobs so no insurance right now which is a massive bummer.
