Joint stiffness and slight discomforts
Post Body

Hey AskDocs, I have seen my doctor about this issue of having general discomfort in my joints, specifically my knees and sometimes my ankles. I'd describe it as my joints get stiff or per say when I squat down or kneel I can REALLY feel the range of movement and the sensation of the muscles working is definitely more than normal.
So basically I feel like my knees and sometimes ankles are acting up and I was wondering if plausibly around when I was 19-20 I was working out on my own finally because of all the structured working out I did between all my high school activities and I didn't really stretch much at all. I was doing deadlifts and squats with decent weight 150 - ~260lbs. I'm now 21 and it's been about a year since that and I was wondering could there have been a delayed onset of problems from not stretching?
I'm 21, Male, 6', 170-175lbs, white, it's been going on for about a month and a half i'd say. My doctor prescribed a months worth of Meloxicam.
