Lump in lower eyelid.

Good morning. My daughter has developed a lump in her lower eyelid, to far in to be a stye. She is 12, about 5 ft 2, and about 100 pounds. She's had it for a week or two and I've included the best picture of it that we could get. http://imgur.com/sifiF58
Any idea what it might be? Her PCP doesn't seem to know and is having her treat it with warm compresses. I'm mildly freaking out. Thanks.
