I apologize, I live with the course of being detailed oriented.
So I was taking a shower today and it's usually easy for me to too notice anything going on from my shower being a bathtub with a shower head thing on a hose.... I don't know what it's actually call to be honest. Anyway.
I do occasionally have joint pain in my knees and less occasionally all of my joints. My dad has arthritis. But for me I would say it's more like really minor to maybe low-mild pain. I apologize if that didn't make sense I'm bad with words in general. The only time I would say I ever had any major joint pain in my knees was hiking maybe 5 - 15 miles while camping. Might have been from the terrain because I've hiked a what I want to guess a 4 mile round trip hike in a cave that was a lava tube.
It looks like a generic bruise to me but there's a small red area that hurts when I touch it. Most of the bruise it to one side of the bone. The red area that's on the other side was the area that hurt when I was looking it over. Other wise I don't feel any pain at the moment. I'm mainly concerned because I'm just sitting there all like "Umm where did you come from and why are you here?"
Age : 24 Sex: Male Height: 5 feet 8 inches Weight: 170 pounds, thick strong meaty legs, strong back, slender build for the most part Race: Caucasian Duration of complaint Location: Right knee, below knee cap, right side of leg right and feels like on top of a piece of bone Current medications: None and no use of recreational or illegal drugs.
Other wise my other medical issues that could be involved are :
joint pain on my right wrist - Back in maybe early January I had some wrist pain come up occasionally. It usually came up when I was helping my dad lift or help carry things together that weight maybe 50 pounds. The joint sometimes hurt when I was doing house work or playing guitar for maybe more than 30 minutes. Other wise it would come up randomly without doing anything. Haven't had the pain for maybe a week or two. To take care of it I was massaging that area by hand or used a vibrating app on my phone along with taking aspirin for an anti inflammatory whenever there was pain. The massaging was whenever there was pain. The aspirin was only taken on the days I had the pain and I took 325 mg tablet between once a day to 3 times a day, one tablet at a time. Part of it was depending on how late in the day it was. Sometimes 1 tablet was enough to take away most of the pain. Other wise the rest of the tablets I took was to just push the inflammation out. I had pain raging from 1 day a week to maybe 3 or 4 times a week
acne at random places on my body - I'm kind of a really hairy guy. But for the past week I've had acne pop up on random places such as my arms, a thumb, legs, and most of it on my face. I guess you could say I have it easy when it comes to acne from hardly ever getting any. besides for my face it was pretty much maybe less than 10 pimples that came up. I've popped them all and they're all almost healed. But I didn't see any hair come out, just puss. For my face I don't normally have acne and the past few weeks has been the worst acne wise since I was maybe in middle school. Hardly had any in high school. I've also been out of college since June of 2014 and only had a few I.T. 1 - 3 day contractor jobs come up since so my guess is it could be related to stress from hunting for a full time job. The fact that the I.T. industry is changing and renewing some certifications I was studying for probably cause some of the stress too.
Thank you for your time bro fist
