So this all started with issues for the last 4ish years of experiencing ED which is extremely frustrating as a 19-23 year old. I've been to the doctors twice within the last 6 months to try and figure out whats going on. I've gotten blood work twice, first time was for like cholesterol, muscle protein and liver enzymes I believe and everything was good. The doctor then told me to try Viagra and gave me a sample pack to try yet when I tried it, it didn't do anything for me. So now I got tested for my free testosterone levels where my score was 318pmol/L and the given range by the lab was 196-636. So from my research, this was the same levels as a 45-55 year old man, which as a 23 year old who resistance trains usually 3-6 times a week, eats healthy, gets at least 8 hours of sleep, takes Tumeric and who tries to stay away from plastics that increase estrogen levels, to me my score seems low. However my doctor said that this is right where he expected my levels to be (Although he does not know my physical state as previously mentioned here about lifting and whatnot).
So I'm looking for more info on free testosterone and what my issues might be if it's a normal level. He is referring me to a Urologist soon but I'd just like to get more opinions. Feel free to ask more questions as well!
Oh and I am aware that some of my issues or possibly all of them are psychological though I feel like I'm a pretty stress free guy though might have some performance anxiety
