Okay so the easiest way for me to describe it is like the title says, it seems as though the blood pressure in my right arm only shoots up randomly a couple times a month for a few minutes. skin will flush, veins will pop, overall feeling of tightness, and no changes in position and no movement will make it go away, it will just slowly subside on its own, and there are no other symptoms anywhere else.

I don't actually have a GP, and google has told me nothing so I decided to post here... Is this anything I should be concerned about?
