Trichomycosis axillaris, how do I get rid of it?

Right, now to get going.

Doe to an experiment I did regarding not washing and how well deodorant works, I have unfortunately been hit with Trichomycosis axillaris (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trichomycosis_axillaris). Don't ask what the hell I was thinking with that experiment, but basically I didn't shower for 2 weeks and only used deodorant for one armpit.

How do I get rid of this? I heard shaving works, but if there is any other way, I would love to hear it.
