Hi,
I am a 23 year old who developped pain in the right shoulder, right side of the neck and right hip. This was due to bad posture from bad ergonomic setup of my desk (I work long hours at my computer from home, and my screens were misplaced for a long time leading to chronic bad posture).
When I work out, I will often be much sorer on the right arm/leg, and I can see some asymmetry in the arms when lifting a bar above my head. I saw an ergonomist to arrange my desk better, but it has been a few months, and the pain is staying.
Wat specialist should I go see to improve on the condition? I got an appointment with an osteo, but reading on the discipline, it seems to be considered a fairly ineffective treatment option.
