Severe chest pains of unknown origin
Post Body

I am a 32 year old white male, 5'10 115lbs. I've had several fractured ribs in the past few years which has led to chronic back pain. But a few days ago,my chest started hurting deep inside. I thought it was related, but then yesterday the pain became unbearable and spread down my right arm (the pain is in my upper right quadrant).

I went to the ER yesterday, and they checked my cardiac enzymes, which were fine. They gave me a chest x-ray but said they didn't see anything. My oxygen level was 100%. BP was a little low, pulse was a little high (can't remember the BP numbers but pulse was 110 i think). EKG normal. I was diagnosed with "chest pains of unknown origin". The doctor said it might be a pinched nerve, but I'm not so sure. It feels like there is some sort of mass deep in my chest. When I woke up this morning it didn't hurt, but then I had to hold my breath while changing the litter box, and it stated up again. I took two tramadol that were prescribed, and it has helped a little, but it still hurts a lot. I'm just raelly worried.

I also have had an abscessed tooth for months, so i was worried it might have spread to my chest. Would that show up on an x-ray? I am unemployed and struggling, have no insurance, and can't afford to go to a doctor.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
