Hello,
Not long ago, my girlfriend stopped working at a place that had her working overnight shifts; she still is up all night, however, and we were wondering at what the healthiest way to fix a sleep schedule would be. A friend of mine suggested that she should just completely skip a day of sleep, and try to sleep that night, and insists that a single day will fix her sleep schedule. He has a history of being incorrect about things related to health, so I inherently don't trust him, but I was wondering at what the best method would be to fix a sleep schedule in your opinions?
