I'm stressed. I am a recently passed nurse and have been experiencing random rashes ever since I started hospital work in the ward.
Post Body

Hello, I am a 23-year-old male, 5’5” in height, and weighing 64 kg. I have been experiencing random rashes ever since I started working. I have never had rashes before, but now I’m having random episodes of elevated red rashes on my body. I have not been allergic to anything in my life, and this is the first time I’ve experienced these symptoms.

Initially, I thought I was allergic to prolonged exposure to gloves. However, the latest rash episode occurred on January 9, 2025, after I woke up. Before going to sleep, I was feeling exhausted and stressed while thinking about the same patient ratio and work conditions. I had just finished my shift on January 8, 2025, working from 10 PM to 6 AM, with a 1:12 nurse-to-patient ratio. After finishing my duties, I ended up working overtime until 9 AM on January 9, 2025, due to the overwhelming workload and stress.

These repeated rash attacks are concerning, and I am wondering if anyone can help me understand and address what might be causing this.

pics will be on the comment section, thank you
