Can I bathe alone if I have focal aware seizures?
Post Body

37F 5’3” 115lbs

MECFS, cyclic vomiting syndrome, chronic migraine, focal aware seizures (unsure if epilepsy yet), suspected MCAS and POTS

Taking depakote, lexapro, acyclovir daily; PRNs sumatriptan, lorazepam, toradol

My seizures almost always occur in my sleep and/or the first day or so of getting my period. They increase if I get sick with an infection or don’t get enough sleep. Some are triggered by dramatic temperature drops. I have never had a grand mal.

Do I still need to be supervised to take a bath?

Thank you for your help.

Edit to add: my seizures usually last 15-45 seconds
