Tinnitus in right ear won’t go away.
Post Body

I (27M) have had this tinnitus for a while now. About 2.5 months. Saw ENTs twice. Did a week of allergy meds first time. Next time, I am doing cold meds, antibiotics and a med called Tinnitod. I am on day 7 of a 10 day course and it doesn’t seem to be improving. The second consultation also included a hearing test and everything seems okay with the hearing

I do have a cold and that has made the tinnitus worse. This is cold is taking forever to get treated.

I can feel pressure in my ear along with the tinnitus. The ENT checked the ear and it is not wax build up or they would have called it (at least one of the 2 should have)

I was given a prescription for a med that helps with nerves or something in case the cold meds and antibiotics don’t help.

Not sure what could be causing the tinnitus. It gets really loud and sharp at night in absolute silence. Not a fun feeling to have for so long.

I am also taking steam and doing saline sprays regularly.
