Physiotherapy exercise question
Post Body

27M, 170cm, 76kg, very physically active, no preexisting conditions

I'm looking for advice about physio exercise alternatives. I was prescribed a program to improve my rotator cuffs because apparently, the nerves innervating my chest, traps, and triceps are impinged in my shoulders. As a result they have not been able to grow, or even become engaged when working out. my physio had prescribed prone Y raises, but I find these practically impossible to do laying down, and even on a bench. Are face pulls a suitable alternative? And if you have any more advice, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks
