Temperature decreasing instead of increasing?

38F, 66kg, 168cm, POTS and hemiplegic migraines, Lamotrigine 400mg, baby aspirin, and Ivabradine 10mg. No drugs, smoking etc.
When I get sick, my temperature decreases instead of increasing. I feel feverish, but my rectal temperature will be low, usually around 36.3. Is this normal? If not, why could it be?
