Molluscum contagiosum vs anal warts (nsfw pics linked)

39 year old male here. Healthy, fit, in a monogamous heterosexual relationship.
Came back from vacation yesterday and noticed some small bumps around my anus.
I’m looking for input on whether these look to be molluscum contagiosum or anal warts. I don’t have anal sex, but have had hpv outbreaks in the past (genital warts).
I’m not immunocompromised and consider myself to be healthy. Thanks for the input.
