What does this clinical finding mean? Are these interconnected?
Post Body

Hepatomegaly A dominant follice is seen in left ovary measuring 1.5× 1 cm Minimal free fluid in POD

I'm 20, F, Indian. Non drinker, non smoker. 5'7, 75 kilos at the moment. No active medicine usage as of now.

I've had issues with stomach pain and heavy periods for as long as I can remember. Had a recurrent UTI, which went away after meds but keeps popping up. So I get clumpy discharge as well as yellowish discharge.

My period this month was 10 days late, and my period app states that it's been irregular in the last 6 cycles. The flow was also extremely light, which is confusing because it's always been the exact opposite, with clots.

Last time I got an ultrasound done, it said that my endrometrial thickness was 8.5, not sure if that's good or bad.

It's day 21 of my cycle today, for reference.

Got an ultrasound for my issues coz I've been having fatigue for almost a week now. I also deal with an inconsistent back ache in L5.

The ultrasound report says :

Hepatomegaly

A dominant follice is seen in left ovary measuring 1.5× 1 cm

Minimal free fluid in POD

Idk what any of this means, other than the fact that it's about an enlarged liver. Does this seem interconnected to any illness?
