M31 5' 11'' 238lbs Former smoker 2 packs a day High cholesterol extremely high triglycerides Currently only taking lorazepam 1mg twice a day No exercise and desk job for many years About a year ago i started having chest pains that would progressively get worse, started to not be able to tolerate exercise or any type of emotional stress. Went to the doctor and had a stress test done that was stopped due to blood pressure being 208/87 the only thing the test said even though i only made it through 40% of the test was nonspecific st changes that became more pronounced with exercise. I had an echocardiogram it said normal ef of 60 but slightly calcified and thickened aortic valve leaflets no tr jet. Ekgs come back with right axis deviation and every time they do the doctors give me a ct for a PE and its always negative. My numbness and pain spreads to my lower left rib cage and sometimes my upper mid epigastric region. I started having pvcs in the last month that have gotten more and more severe to the point i almost pass out when i have one. Every time i get a pvc now i feel like its about to be lights out completely. I haven't been able to get a good rest for months i am in severe pain i feel like half of my heart is dead or missing and it makes it uncomfortable to sleep i am afraid my heart will stop while im asleep my resting heart rate also has gotten lower and lower over the months from a resting of 65 to 50 when laying down. What can i do? When i go to the ER they evaluate me for a heart attack or PE and then since there is nothing they send me home when I've seen the cardiologist they don't want to order more testing i feel they are letting me die. Please help
