Possible Dumb Question

Hi all, I appreciate any insight you’re able to provide. I (21m), performed oral sex (licked up semen, no insertion of any kind). This was at the end of October (the 28th). I was tested for HIV yesterday and was negative. The guy stated he was tested October 15th (was negative) and was/is on PrEP. I guess my question is am I freaking out over nothing? I don’t think I have any symptoms, but I’ve been doing the “everything is a symptom” attitude for a bit. Any reassurance/clarification would be greatly appreciated!
