24/nb(ftm)/losartan 50mg daily, testosterone gel, hydroxyzine 50mg prn, ativan .5mg (not taken in ~1.5yrs) prn for meds. Complaint started ~4 days ago.

So i know i shouldnt be using q tips, but i have been seeing black/grey/very dark brown on them on and off for a few days, as well as an excess of ear wax and a feeling of my ear being very plugged, with diminished hearing. Pain maybe 2/10 around the area but not in the ear itself

I'm thinking that i should go to the ENT urgent care when i get a chance. Im concerned about either impacted wax due to my q-tip use, or a fungal infection. Is this reasonable, or should this plugged feeling pass with whatever is wrong?
