So I did something incredibly stupid a couple months ago and took Duramectin paste. I took a pea sized amount (what I could calculate as about 10-12mg worth). I took it once a night for over two weeks, until the tube was gone. I thought I was getting sick at the time but now realize I may have been having a bad reaction to it (I'm an idiot i know)

Symptoms while taking it that ending after stopping: Veritigo Severe fatigue Mouth sores

Symptoms while taking it and have persisted until now (2 months later) Swollen and painful lymph nodes all over body Dry skin Slight rash Dry mouth Constipation Slight fatigue Headache Arthritis like pain Feeling of low blood pressure Slightly elevated heart rate Feeling feverish Dry mouth now to the point i think im getting dental issues.

What should I do? I know logically it would be to go to the ER or poison control but since I stopped taking it more than a month ago and I'm still affected what can be done?

This feels permenant and I'm terrified. Please help

Was it the ivermectin that screwed me up or is it more likely the other ingredients?
