Background context: I am a 20 Y/O female, 5’2, about ~100 LBS more or less, Non-Smoker
For context I live in the northeast and every single year for 2 months straight; October and November I would have this terrible terrible cough. Each time I thought I was getting over w the cough and go outside l'd catch another cold.
I am quite active as in I would run/walk 7-8 miles every morning then do pilates.
My diet consists of a protein smoothie for breakfast and naybe a slice of bread with avocado if I have the stomach space for it, lunch/dinner would be just a quinoa bowl or salad or whatever I get from wholefoods hot bar. I think that would be enough food for me but l'm not too sure since l'm not a medical professional.
