Some form of foot pain
Post Body

Hi all, over the summer I was having awful foot pain in my heals that I believe was related to plantar fasciitis due to my weight. I have since been on a weight loss journey and just going down about 15 lbs has wiped my heal pain away. However, I woke up one morning recently with a foot pain on the top of my foot that feels like something is pulling and it hurts sometimes when I walk, but not always since itโ€™s the top of the foot, only when there is pulling. What do you think this could be from? Iโ€™m doing more and more walking everyday for at least 5-6,000 steps to keep in a good calorie deficit and Iโ€™m not sure if I strained something or what? What should I do to make it feel better? And suggestions?
