Hello everyone I hope everyone here is doing well

I've been looking for an answer to my problem, already checked with a doctor but i dont think that was helpful, did normal xray with him and said it doesn't show anything wrong and will do mri later if things didnt improve with physical theray.

let me explain what im dealing with and hope you can tell if its sciatica or some else;

So I’m experiencing pain in my lower back or hip area – I’m not entirely sure which, but it’s more on the right side , sometimes its extend to some parts of my right thig but never goes full leg. It’s at its worst when I wake up in the morning and also gets bad if I sit for long period, like over hour. The pain significantly reduces within a minute or less once I start walking, it gets almost pain free when im walking. I also feel it if I’m lying down and try to raise my right leg straight up or trying some streaches (I looked for Streches related to sciatica and i felt it in the lower back specifically the attached pic strech )

Also I can almost do everything in the gym after warming up without feeling the pain or discomfort like deadlifts and squats. Its only abs excersises thats affected and cant do them properly.

I will do MRI soon , but till my appointment time , would love to hear your thoughts.
