30F Info about me: United States, Midwest Quit smoking in 2021 Med I’m on: Metformin, Ozempic, Vyvanse, folic acid and Wellbutrin

I have a sort of lot of blood when I wipe sometimes lately, and it occurs randomly here and there over several weeks. It’s mostly bright ish red but sometimes not as bright, and it’s been enough to sort of fall into the toilet at one point.

I also noticed my poo is usually pretty sticky, and I’ve heard that can be a sign of internal bleeds.

I’m on Ozempic and sometimes my stomach hurts really badly and lately I feel sooooo full all of the time it’s a huge chore to eat. I don’t take it frequently enough because of that, I get dizzy and hard to not eat with taking it as frequently as every week
