Taking Wellbutrin. Afraid to take Prozac as well.

Male, 36, 201, 5’11 Wellbutrin 150xl, Buspirone 5mg 3 times daily

I’ve been on the Wellbutrin for maybe 4 or 5 months, possibly less. Prescribed mainly for depression. I’ve been on Prozac in the past for health ocd/hypochondria. My anxiety is starting to be out of my control again and it doesn’t seem the buspirone is yet to combat it.

My NP that I see suggested adding in Prozac. Which I’m on board with, but have apprehension. I’m worried combining the two will affect my Qt interval. I know neither are known to really effect it, but that doesn’t stop my worry. It’s obvious I need it. Just afraid to begin.
