recently a relative who is 65yrs old male have lumbar puncture procedure. During the process, pressure was too high as advised and there's high RBC on CSF. Aside from possible meningitis, what other diseases is related to high RBC count on csf? MRI indicates no aneurysm.

but the count of RBC is 46000. Is that still normal? Does it indicate that there's a bleeding on the brain even if MRI shows nothing? Can it indicate different disease?
