Blood pressure 177/74 after minimal walking, is this normal?
Post Body

30F, congenital heart defects, factor five Leiden, hx of bilateral PE’s and a DVT.

Tonight at work around 7:15 I began having some dizziness and chest pain. I associated it with being dehydrated and brushed it off. However it continued to get worse. I came home and sat down, took my blood pressure and it was 177/74 after minimal walking. It came down to a normal level after sitting about 10 mins. When I got up, I felt my heart racing and got dressed anyways for the evening and sat down to take my blood pressure and it was 166/72. I’m having chest pain off and on. Is this kind of reading normal after doing so little? Do I need to go get checked out?
