Can someone tell me what this could be?

I am 39 yo male. I am taking Escitalopram 10mg, Vitamin B Complex and Omega- 3 D3. This rash appeared almost a week ago. It doesn’t itch it is not getting bigger or smaller . Wondering what this could be . It is located in groin area.
