Removed 20 mm sessile serrated adenoma via CSP versus EMR… is that a bad call?
Post Body
My gastro told me he removed my precancerous polyp with cold snare polypectomy with piecemeal (CSP) not EMR he said. But ALL literature says EMR is the best for large sessile serrated adenomas. I want to trust my doctor but wtf if I’m reading literature and it’s saying complete opposite of what he did. Is this a wrong move on his part or should I seek a second opinion?
