Hello, I have a blemish on back by that is not raised outside the skin, but is hard to the touch when pushing. I believe it to be a bug bite, but it's getting worse rather than better. The "hard" area is quite wide, not like a pimple, and it doesn't feel like fluid inside. Almost like a knot. It's not raised much at all. It really only hurts because the band of my shorts presses on it, or when I lay on my back. Here are pics of yesterday, then today. You can see it's a lot more red today. There is a black pore like indent in the center. Maybe an ingrown hair? No idea! The only reason I'm even that concerned is that it's getting MORE sore/red than better over time.
