Newly elevated AST/ALT and BUN
Post Body

Male, 5’11, 202lbs, exercise 3-4 times a week.

Wellbutrin, Xanax, Prozac

I’ve been having occasional chest pains for the past few weeks. Have had 3 EKGs and 2 blood tests.

Yesterday I went to the ER to be seen. Was given an ekg and a blood test. I was there for seven hours before leaving. I figured everything was fine due to how I was triaged so I went and asked if I could leave. Troponin and ekg were good so I left.

I was looking over MyChart today just out of curiosity and noticed my AST was 55 and my ALT was 63. My BUN was 24 and my sodium was 134.

The only thing I’ve changed recently is adding the Prozac. I’m three days in on that. It’s only 10mg. I would say also that I was not hydrated the best yesterday as well.

Edit: I also started taking an Omega 3 supplement. My lipids are pretty bad so trying to correct them. My diet isn’t the worst, but it could use some help so I’ve recently changed that around also.
