UTI symptoms but no growth etc on the urine test
Post Body

Im a 28yr old Female Unsure if needed but no kids. Cervical cancer history but been a few years clean. March pap smear showed still ok. Issues with utis before. And have stage 2 CKD but this is monitored very often and no issues with it at this point.

For weeks Ive had issues

Uti symptoms - peeing often - tiny drops coming out - pain when trying to pee - sore lower gut

Ural has helped symptoms. It went away for about a week and it came back.

At home strip test showed some leukocytes? No nitrate

I went to drs and she did a strip and said very minimal signs of it but sent it for testing.

She gave me antibiotics.

Finished them and the urine test she sent off apparently had no growth and was fine and she is a bit alarmed if I have something else. I have 2wks to see her though. Unsure if I should be going in to a random GP or not. She did tell me to try wash down there with a specific soap just in case its a skin issue. (I dont use weird stuff on it) this hasnt fixed it.

All the symptoms have come back to.

We tested for stds etc to. And all clear.

Im starting to get what feels like bad period cramps. (No period). On top of the peeing issues etc. Its ruininh my day tbh. I can barely go out without peeing.

Any idea what could be and or to ask a dr to look for next?

Unsure if any related but --- My bloods showed low - very low RDW? - and very low platelet volume? If Ive spelt correct. Vitamins werent checked this time but thinking for vitamin test atm. Last one showed good in march but Id had iron, b12 and D?C (sun) given to me as I was very low before it.
