I just recently this year was introduced to cocaine in the beginning of march and after that I started using it on weekends regularly (2-3 g over the course of 2-3 days) and would take the weekdays to recover.
It ramped up to daily use of about 1g starting at the middle of April all the way until now.
A couple of days ago I blew my nose and noticed a large chunk that came out which seemed normal ish based on previous experience and other friends experiences who don’t have any nasal perforation.
After that I looked in my nose where there used to be a small ulcer in the septum and now there’s just a straight up hole that I can feel with the tip of my pinkey and can link the tips of both pinkeys but can’t fit the finger thru so it’s still small ish (under 1cm)
How could this have happened so fast ? Almost every person I’ve ever met has gotten away with 1-2 years of 1g a day usage and never got the dreaded septum hole unless they went on 5-10 years.
