The short and sweet; got something stuck in my left eye before May 18th got it out 2 weeks later with saline solution my eye still flares up, becoming sore, red and very light sensitive.

The long and more detailed; at some point before May 18th a hair or something got stuck in my left eye, for about a week I did nothing but try and muster through the pain and cry the irritant out while shoving tissue paper up my left nostril to stop the running, it obviously didn’t work so I started doing research to see what I could do, tap water was my only option at the time since I had no money for saline, so(this is 1.5 weeks after first irritation) I rinsed my eye with tap water, I felt the irritant move around my eye so my eye sort of got better that day but it was still in there. By the third week I finally got saline and basically drowned my eye with it, it didn’t get the irritant out but it absolutely helped my eye, one night I could feel the irritant at the bottom of my eye went and flushed it and finally got it out!!! I could not see what it was though, so now that it’s out my eye should be getting better and it sort of has, but it’s been on and off, 1-2 days will be fine and just have an unfocused eye because it’s been closed for 3-4 weeks and the next 2 days it’s sore, red and inflamed.. I will mention when it’s a good day, and my eye isn’t sore I spend my time watching videos or playing games on a Pc, I did turn down the brightness of my YouTube specific monitor and a game I play regularly as to not stress my eye a bunch but I’m assuming the blue light to be a major player when it comes to my eye not staying okay.

Medication taken during the 3 weeks; ibuprofen for inflammation, Benylin cough syrup for the runny nose that always accompanied the sore eyeball.

Symptoms during the 3 weeks; sore left eye, single red eye, irritated eye, VERY light sensitive eye, blurry vision when eye is not sore or irritated, runny nose left side.
