Returned to work now my knee feels out of place.
Post Body

28 m, 235 lbs, 6’1”. I got back from a vacation where I was pretty active, climbing up pyramids and that kind of thing, and did that no problem. Now that I’ve been to work for about a week and my knee is hurting me, especially noticeable when walking up stairs. It’s the knee that I often kneel on at work, on a hard floor. So I’m guessing that’s a good park of it. I should probably start wearing knee pads again. Knee feels weak and a little crunchy when bending it, maybe feels a little out of place when climbing stairs. Should I just rest it and diligently use the knee pads or do I need a doctor?
